Frequently asked questions

I’m curious about psychedelics but don’t know where to start.

That’s perfectly fine. During a free 20-minute discovery call, we’ll explore your goals, intentions, and curiosity to see if working with Middle Path Integration is the right fit for you. If it’s not, I can guide you toward other resources or practitioners to help you get started safely.

Is this only for men? Why?

Middle Path Integration currently focuses on supporting young men who are ambitious, curious, and committed to personal growth. This focus reflects how I personally learned and practiced working with psychedelics, and it allows me to draw on my direct experience and expertise. While many applications exist, this is where my training and guidance are strongest, enabling me to best support the challenges and perspectives common to men navigating modern pressures while seeking meaning and self-development.

Can I work or drive while microdosing?

Yes — microdosing is meant to fit into everyday life. The doses are sub-threshold, meaning you shouldn’t feel “high” or impaired, and you're meant to go about your normal routines: work, school, workouts, etc. That said, the goal is always safety and awareness. If you’re brand new to microdosing, I usually suggest taking your first dose on a low-stakes day so you can see how your mind and body respond before driving or doing anything demanding. After that, it should feel completely manageable as part of your normal rhythm.

Do I need prior psychedelic experience to work with you?

No. I help both beginners and those with prior experiences, helping you prepare for, navigate, and integrate psychedelic experiences safely and meaningfully.

Do you provide psychedelics?

No. I do not provide, sell, or distribute any substances. This service is designed to support people who choose to work with psychedelics on their own accord. Clients are responsible for their own choices and actions regarding substances. My role is harm reduction: providing guidance, preparation, and integration support to help minimize risks and maximize potential benefits.

Is this legal?

Psychedelic harm reduction guidance is a legal service. However, taking or possessing controlled substances is still illegal in most states. By working with us, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own decisions and the legal risks associated with their psychedelic use.
